Combinators for making seedbeds are made from 1.1 m and 1.4 m elements. The cultivating elements are connected to the frame with suspending arms so they are tracking the level of the ground. In this fashion, seedbeds are made in the whole working width of the machine. The seedbeds made in this fashion are providing optimal circumstances for plant growth.
As seedbeds are made in 8-12 cm working depth, the tracking power requirements are coupled with high area performance, with optimum use.
Structure of the cultivating elements:
- 3 rows of double spring tines equipped with “spears”. Equipped with 150 mm sweep tines as needed.
- After the spring tines there is a spring-secured drag with adjustable working depth.
- 2 rows of crushing rollers with UCF 206 bearings
In the first row there is a 350 mm RAU type crushing roll
In the rear row there is a 290 mm diameter RAU crushing roll
Part of the standard equipment are the 2 adjustable frame support wheels and tractor track smoothers.
Optional type of tines can be equipped on demand instead of the spring tines keeping the consolidation and crushing rollers.
