Structure of the cultivating elements:
- Notched, aggressive front drag with excellent clod crumbling and ground leveling capabilities.
- 4 rows of double spring tines after the drag
- After the spring tines there is a plain drag secured with spring
- After the drag there is a row of crushing roll with UCF 206 bearings.
In the first row there is a 350 mm RAU crushing roll
In the rear row there is a 290 mm diameter RAU crushing roll
In case of the 4 rows of spring tines variant, with the placement of aggressive cultivating elements, it is possible to reduce the number of passes, so single-pass seedbed preparation.
The notched row of trowels are preparing a finer soil top just before the spring tines which are placed in 4 rows. The spring tines are placed in 100 mm between spaces are further loosening the ground due to their placement
The two rows of crushing rollers are making a finer soil top and seed foundations in 7-10 cm depth.
The resulting seedbed has a moisture-preserving quality.
The combinators are equipped with different types of tines, as needed.
